I am a fairly new customer, but i have to say, i have already seen a drastic reduction in insects and wasps, so i can say for certain that the treatments are indeed working. I am also very impressed by the call i received from their technician today alerting me to a the fact that my swamp cooler water line was leaking water all over the side of my house!

Tech was very informative in what he did today! Very nice and was prepared to set out rodent traps! Since starting with ninefold we have had a considerable amount of ant activity diminish, which has been awesome same with other bugs! Looking forward to having them do the interior of our home next time! Impressive company and service!

Laik was seriously one of the best technicians I’ve ever had. He was so kind, thorough, and genuinely helpful that I kept wondering if he was going to try to sell me something! 😂 But nope—he was simply happy to help, and I was so impressed. He truly went above and beyond, and I could tell it wasn’t just lip service. He genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure I was taken care of. That kind of service and attitude is few and far between these days. Laik is definitely a standout!

Carlos was the most thorough technician I've ever had. He saved us from cancelling our service with Ninefold and going with another company, which I've been considering because our experience over the past 6 months has not been the best. But today, it was fantastic. Carlos talked to me, listened to my concerns, and did everything that he was supposed to do extremely thoroughly and with great care and attention to detail. This is what I pay for! He was great! Thank you so much.

He was very nice and very professional. Watching him do his thing it was better than any previous service that I have had. I am very pleased and would recommend him to anyone. He took his time and made sure he got everything. We had him do the inside and again very polite and respectful and did a great job. He also did a great job on the outside. I certainly do not expect any bug problem in the future. He was great.

Joshua was very polite and professional checking in with me upon his arrival to see if I had any specific area of concern that he should address. When he finished he sent me a text letting me know he was finished and all area were addressed. I have been pleased with the work Ninefold and their technicians have done.

As communicated by Evergreen through text, Techs Kevin and Josh, arrived as scheduled. Both gentlemen were polite, professional and knowledgeable with any questions I may have asked. This is our third treatment visit and we are very pleased with this company. My husband was home for this visit and was quite impressed with Kevin's concern for us understanding the treatment video that is provided after each visit. Today, June 9, 2026, Service Tech, Emerald Richard, performed our quarterly treatment. She did an exceptional job by proof of her video. She was very professional and knowledgeable during our conversation! Today, September 9, 2026, Service Tech, Emerald, is an excellent Tech. She is knowledgeable, personable and very professional. She thoroughly explains the treatment and encourages to ask questions. Ninefold treatments quarterly is superior to any other pest control we have had in the past. I recommend highly Ninefold to anyone that is interested in a pest control service

Heath was my pest control technician and he was very nice a respectful. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had and explain to me everything that he was doing, why he was doing it, and made sure that I understood it all which I greatly appreciated! I couldn’t have asked for a better service than the one he provided to me!! I am going to recommend your company and Heath as a technician to family and friends!

My technician was very professional and super attentive to the needs of the home. He targeted all areas requested and even those he felt needed treatment especially spiders. Superb service! Highly recommend!

Heath was knowledgeable anb friendly andfriendly. He walked through my house with me, discussed problem areas and took care of everything.

Heath and Kyland helped us out today, the spiders were getting insane around our house they went around and took out webs, put up a dust barrier to keep them from making webs on the house. Get all the gross webbing out of the trees and killed the ants all around the premises. These guys take notes too, they pointed out things at my house I hadn’t even noticed, like spots where rodents could try to get in. They’re very professional, very respectful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend their services and work at ninefold pest.
